Medicare would be scrapped. He said, in three different Q&As that he would ration against the old and it’s the old that have Medicare. Medicaid is for the poor and illegal aliens and it maybe the project that is enlarged by putting more people into Mediaid.

We’ll see, Obama is giving a prime time press conference Wed night. I dont think many Americans know the specifics of the plan.

I really don’ know. It depends on which periodical you read. Some say the programs will be enlarged and others say they will eliminated.
