COMMON TESTS FOR LEUKEMIA AND SPINAL TAP QUESTIONS. HELP NEEDED.?

I’m perplexing to sense as most as i can about being tested for leukemia as well as tests which have been concerned with it.
I know about the bone pith aspiration.
Can we insist what the spinal daub tests for? as well as also, greatfully discuss it me about any alternative tests finished for leukemia.

    A lumbar punture (spinal tap) is used to detect leukemic cells in the CNS it also may be used to intrucuce drugs (usually methotrexate) into the CNF to try to clear these cells.
    regular blood tests are done as well as bone marrow exams
