IS IT POSSIBLE FOR TWO PEOPLE TO RENT OUT A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH BOTH NAMES ON THE LEASE?

I am relocating to a brand new unit with my girlfriend; as well as we am extraordinary as to either or not we should try to get both names upon a lease.

    They can’t discriminate against sexual orientation. Yes, you can put both names on the lease, and it will be required.

    Most of the time, the landlord requires all adults over 18 who live in the apartment to be listed on the lease.
    Sure you can have 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment. It happens all the time with couples who live together.

    In fact most landlord will require both names on the lease.
