I have been renting an good in sherman oaks, CA for roughly dual years now. My franchise was for the single year, which year came as well as went, as well as right away we have been renting this section for 10 months after my 1 year franchise was up. we never sealed the brand new franchise as well as we am about to pierce out as well as we was wondering if we still was underneath the lease? When we pierce out do all those franchise laws still request to me?

You are under the lease provisions and terms and they renew on a month to month basis. All things still apply to you, including giving a proper move out notice. You cant be charged for breaking the lease but you can be penalized for not giving property notice.

    READ the lease you had.
    Some have hold-over provisions.
With any month to month lease you HAVE to provide at least 30 days advance notice of termination of tenancy. More notice, the better.

NO, as long as you did not sign again you are ok. The one year lease is just so they can make a profit, but the cleaning will be covered by the deposit.

well, you still have to give a 30 day notice. That’s always the case, even with month to month.

YES and if you’d have enough brains to READ your lease you’d know that!
