HOW TO CALCULATE THE CONCENTRATION OF CALCIUM CARBONATE GIVEN THE CONCENTRATION OF CA IS 21.8 %(W/W)?

Calcium carbonate is irresolvable in water. Therefore a Ca 2+ thoroughness cannot be 21.8%w/w. Do we presumably meant a concentartion of calcium chloride, that is soluble in water. Please confirm.
