WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PURCHASE A HOME?

I am twenty-four years old. we wish to buy the home. we am really great with my money, as well as we have the fast job. we will be shopping the residence upon my own – as well as we need all the monetary benefit we can get.
I have medium credit – due to co-signing upon the automobile (I’ll never do it again), as well as not carrying most years of credit.
All which said, what should we do to turn the homeowner?

First get your credit score as high as possible. Second save money for the down payment. If you can get pre qualified for the mortgage it will make house shopping easier, because you’ll know how much you can spend. The best way to do it is to get pre qualified but not to spend as much as you are pre qualified for. Get the loan on as few years as possible (with payments you can afford) Once you get the house pay an extra $100 every month to go to the principal, this way you will build equity quicker in your house.

Get you credit score to at least 700, save up 20% down plus closing costs unless your going for an FHA loan, aim to have no debt and no delinquencies on your credit report.
