Being that there are no effects which can be scientifically tied to global warming, why would should anyone be forced to pay someone else for it.
And being that there are no studies which support the man made global warming theory, why would anyone agree to this?

    the question is insane.
sure they are entitled to whatever they can come take at the point of a gun.
it is the duty of all developed nations to use, no to exploit, the planet and it’s resources for the betterment of all humans.
it’s also an absurd question because all countries are affected and basically equally. It is the way they respond that varies based on infrastructure and the society.
The developed nations already give massive amounts of aid to under developed areas when a disaster happens, not to mention massive amounts of developmental aid.
the entire question smacks of socialism.

Of course not. This is one of many perils in blaming the west and mostly it is intentional and despicable. It encourages the ignorant of the world to blame us for their misery. Generally, their misery is caused by lack of freedom but the left likes to pretend that industry is the root of all evil (except they generally don’t believe in evil). The left also does this with our own populace by pitting rich against poor, black against white, etc.
Note: Richard doesn’t seem to get it that his political thinking pits the poor against the rich. If he is indeed a leftist, which I will probably grant, then he probably believes that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. If he is a leftist, he thinks governments stealing from the rich and giving to the poor is the solution to poverty. Harmful anthropggenic global warming is a fantasy from the left much as most of their politics are based on fantasy, wrongheadedness, and wishful thinking

I am now what Jim Z would call the “left,” but consider myself center. He does seem to paint everyone with his definition of “left” with the same brush, which gives you insight to his thought process. I love freedom (I fought for it) and believe there are evil things in this world. I have never pitted anyone against anyone. That’s funny how he mentions that, considering the “right” has split this country into red and blue.
To your question. If said country signed a legal document (treaty) and it was proved that a nation was adversely affected by human induced climate change from said country, then whatever legally can happen, should happen. Otherwise, no.

(FROM THOSE WHO DID CAUSE IT) HUMANS ARE’NT RESPONSIBLE, SO ARE YOU ASKING A PEOPLE TO MAKE THEM, WHO HAS A HIGHER TECHNOLOGY THAN US AND THAT WANTS TO DELETE ALL LIFE ON EARTH AND IN THE OCEANS TO MAKE THEM DO WHAT?, BUT THEIR IS A WAY OF DISSOLVING THEIR EQUIPTMENT TO STOP GLOBAL WARMING THATS AGAINST US, BUT IT SEEMS EVERYONE JUST WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT. http://www.socyberty.com/Activism/First-… NOW
