CAN I COURT ORDER AN EX TO PAY CAR INSURANCE EVEN IF MY NAMES ON IT BUT I DON’T HAVE POSSESION?
I got the notice in the mail observant my permit was gonna be dangling cuz she hasnt paid word as well as we expostulate for the living. Can we justice sequence her to compensate given she has possesion?

Notify Dept. of Motor Vehicles that you are divorced and you no longer have an interest in the vehicle.
There is a form you can pick up and fill out. Return it and your name will be dropped from the registration.
That should end your problem.
